This notice contains important information about your property, the 2002 & 2008 Triennial
Updates and the 2005 & 2011 Reappraisals.

I am pleased to present our latest Real Estate Report. The purpose of this report is to
share with our residents and local government officials meaningful statistics regarding
Geauga County's housing Market. It includes home sales and property valuation information
for each of Geauga's townships and villages.
|
As Auditor, I am required by Ohio Law to establish a current value of real property once
every six (6) years, known as a county wide reappraisal. Ohio Law also mandates that in
the third year after a reappraisal, an update of the current market value occurs. The most
recent Real Estate Report, as well as past reports, can be viewed and downloaded from the
dropdown below.

You may also pick up a hard copy of the report at the Auditor's Office in the Courthouse Annex
on the square in Chardon from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
